We apologise if you are one of the customers who has been unable to contact Chandlers by telephone or email during the week beginning 9th January 2012.
On Wednesday 11th, a power spike disabled the systems at the Data Centre through which all our communications are routed. This is a very rare occurrence and completely beyond our control. Throughout the week work has been underway to repair the system, and the result has been only intermittent service.
We hope this situation will be resolved fully in the very near future , and thank you for your patience.
