Chandlers Charity Bike Ride

 Three employees of local builders merchant, Chandlers Building Supplies, are taking on a 75 mile bike ride challenge to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

 Vince Brown, Graham Salvage and Graham Willis, all of the Lewes branch of Chandlers are embarking on the 75 mile journey with regular customer Frazer Ward on Saturday 24^th September. The route will see the team depart from Roehampton College and travel down to the South coast, finishing at the Hove Peace Memorial.

Vince Brown of Chandlers commented: “Chandlers try to complete a charity bike ride every year. Last year we did the London to Brighton and the year before we did the South Downs way from Devils Dyke to Eastbourne.”

He continued: “This year is particularly daunting as we haven’t done as much training but we are determined to do our bit for the British Heart Foundation as it’s an extremely worthy cause!”
